What are "Discipleship Groups”?

Discipleship groups are small groups of 6 - 8 participants that meet weekly or biweekly for formation through small group discussion. Participants will discover more about themselves, each other, and the Catholic faith through the vulnerable group sharing and conversation guided by their Group Leaders. These leaders are other adults who have completed discipleship group leader training and have a heart for investing in the lives of other adults. The primary goal of these groups is to grow in deep friendship through intentional and vulnerable discussion, knowing that the trust formed from these friendships will open our hearts to the Gospel message. Each group leader will have a list of approved content to choose from and will work with their group and the Director of Religious Education (DRE) to establish the content for the group.
